A LEAN MARKETING PROGRAM AND PLATFORM FOR TECH STARTUPS

JALE | CREATIVE co-developed the MAP Program for startups with Accenture's Alfredo Arvide--a team of seasoned specialists specializing in brand development and strategy for companies in the tech startup space. By staggering tasks month-to-month through a strategy that outlines startups' marketing plan over the course of a year, the team was able to measure marketing goals against target KPI’s in real time.  This allowed JALE | CREATIVE to minimize risk and stimulate growth through targeted planning that incorporates metrics.
