JALE | CREATIVE executed digital branding for flood mitigation technology Floodframe for their Dutch, US, and local franchise websites. This included desktop, tablet, and mobile optimized design and development. As the strategic lead for FloodFrame’s U.S. market entry, I developed a comprehensive user persona synthesis that informed the brand’s go-to-market strategy. Drawing from qualitative research, stakeholder interviews, and third-party data, I identified key behavioral motivators and segmented both B2B and B2C audiences. I translated these insights into actionable brand messaging, value propositions, and user profiles tailored to drive relevance and conversion. The strategy guided FloodFrame’s communication plan, digital engagement roadmap, and advertising targeting, ensuring alignment between product positioning and market needs.
