JALE | CREATIVE led the development of CareTech’s 2024 CRM and user segmentation strategy to support scalable growth across healthcare markets. Using detailed user personas (small, mid-size, and large-scale facilities), Levine built targeted funnels and automated workflows within HubSpot, aligning messaging and outreach with each segment’s needs. The strategy integrated web, email, and social marketing while establishing KPIs to track conversions, subscriptions, and sales performance—positioning CareTech as a streamlined procurement solution in the healthcare space.
