GROWTH MARKETING PLAN

JALE| CREATIVE led the development of YoFi’s growth marketing plan and user strategy to position the brand as a leader in return abuse prevention. Through competitive analysis, user journey mapping, and persona development, JALE | CREATIVE identified three core user segments—enterprise marketplaces, mid-market retailers, and e-commerce verticals—and crafted tailored strategies for each. JALE | CREATIVE designed CRM-integrated funnels using HubSpot, aligned with high-converting KPIs such as demo scheduling and email subscriptions.

The plan included sales enablement tools, automated lead workflows, and platform-specific messaging to optimize acquisition, retention, and upsell. This strategy enabled YoFi to differentiate from competitors like Riskified and Kount by pairing fraud reduction with relationship building and personalized campaign execution.
